The Core Problem
Fragmented Communications
Teams were jumping between separate tools for calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and AI. Data was siloed, routing was a black box, and operators lacked a unified view of the customer.
About
Momo Pulse is not positioned as a one-feature demo tool. The product is organized around the real operational work of handling calls, messaging customers, routing traffic, and keeping the platform observable as it grows.

Why it exists
The Core Problem
Teams were jumping between separate tools for calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and AI. Data was siloed, routing was a black box, and operators lacked a unified view of the customer.
The Solution
We built Momo Pulse to bring voice, messaging, and intelligence into a single, observable workspace. We focused on making routing visual, AI configurable, and every interaction traceable.
The Evolution
Today, we support advanced WhatsApp APIs (text & voice), visual IVR flow builders, AI agents with external tool orchestration, and deep operational reporting for growing teams.
Principles
AI and routing should not be black boxes. We expose the logic, the tool payloads, and the IVR traces so operators can always see exactly why a system behaved the way it did.
A voice call, a WhatsApp message, and an SMS are part of the same customer journey. The platform is designed to handle them in a unified tenant environment, not as isolated products.
From browser-based call handling to visual flow builders and detailed webhook logs, every feature is designed to reduce friction for the people actually running the communication systems.
Multi-tenant setup, channel assignment, billing controls, and diagnostics exist so growth does not create invisible operational debt.
